Every ZzNora mouthpiece is guaranteed for 91 days from purchase.

How to return

1. Email support@zznora.com with your order number to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive it within 24 hours.
2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
3. Ship it by USPS to the return address included with your RMA.

Returns without an RMA number cannot be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund the amount you paid for the product to your original payment method.
